Providing stakeholder outreach, public process facilitation and growth issues input as a part of the Joint Land Use Study at Lackland Air Force Base. The Lackland JLUS is part of a larger effort by city, county and military officials to study development encroachment at San Antonio area military installations as a result of the Base Realignment and Closure process.
