Creation of a master and vision plan for the development of a new, LEED designated, mixed-generation live+work+play community in the historic King William Neighborhood. Project responsibilities include zoning, entitlement and platting processes, stakeholder facilitation, capital management, policy development and architectural, engineering and construction management.
